After graduating from The University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Real Estate, Beth moved to Charlotte and began her career as a mortgage loan originator. She quickly discovered a desire to work with clients and an interest in new construction so she spent 8 years selling on-site for a local builder. Beth transitioned into general brokerage in 2001. As a Realtor, she rose to the top 5% of all ERA agents in the US. In 2003 Beth created Pihl Realty, Inc. and she continues as owner and Broker-in-charge to this day. Since 2009, Beth & Pihl Realty have been working in affiliation with Southern Homes of the Carolinas, which is a leading real estate firm in the Lake Norman and Charlotte area.
